About Me

Greetings! I'm Protap Sarker, a dedicated Ph.D. applicant, and recent mechanical engineering graduate, passionate about exploring the frontiers of knowledge in my field. My academic journey began at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), where I earned my bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, marked by a deep dive into subjects like Fluid Mechanics, Fluid Machinery, Thermodynamics, and Heat Transfer. During this time, I had the opportunity to engage in Fluid Mechanics Lab, CUET, sparking my interest in Fluid Dynamics.

My decision to pursue a Ph.D. is fueled by a desire to contribute meaningfully to the field of mechanical engineering. My research interests revolve around thermal fluids, fluid mechanics, multiphase flow, and computational fluid dynamics, with a keen eye on mitigating energy crisis by using fluid energy as an alternative. I have had the privilege of software skills like ANSYS, SolidWorks, and MATLAB, which have not only shaped my academic foundation but have also instilled in me a profound commitment to pushing the boundaries of knowledge.
